Balenciaga.

Oh my Balenciaga… Shown above my favorite pieces from this collection. It’s too die for. I love how the simple variations of apparel were outstanding. It’s modern, abstracted, and classy! Alexander Wang took leaps forward in his second collection for Balenciaga. Wang wanted to “take an idea very apparent to Cristóbal and start injecting an idea of ease.” The show started off slow and ended with a pleased audience. (including myself) It’s a fresh of breathe air bringing in spring 2014 just right. Thank you Mr. Wang with this amazing calibration with Balenciaga. Well done! Well done!

Pointy Toe Heels.

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

One word… CHIC! Let’s get to the point… I am obsessed with the P O I N T Y toe heel trend. Wanting a pair of my own the Christian Louboutin Pigalle’s but they have wait listed me due to the in demand of these gorge shoes. Tear! Literally every major designer such as Jimmy Choo, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Manolo Blahnik, etc have created their own version of the pointy heels, and they are being worn by everyone! The sleek, retro feminine, sophisticated narrow pointy-toe shoe is making a huge come back in every color. I have heard they are VERY uncomfortable, but beauty is pain and these def worth the feet ache. These flattering pumps can be worn with ANYTHING! Dresses, pants, skirts, jeans, you name it wear it! Sooo join the trend wagon and go buy yourself a pair of pointy toe heels.

Ankle Boots.

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageThe first day of fall has officially started sooooo what better way to start it off right is with a pair of ankle boots. And why do I love these boots so much? Well… Rain or shine these booties are MAJ! On chiller day a pair of tights, oversized sweater, a baggy T, and a scarf is stylish chic without even trying. On a brighter day a kimono, tank, and high waisted Levi shorts with the boots is again all you really need. Their pretty much wearable with just about anything not kidding. Here are some previous looks with me in ankle booties…

Matchy-matchy nails and lips.

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Matchy-matchy nails and lips are actually having a epic moment right now. And i’m so into it. Go completely classic with a bold cherry red lip and matching cherry finger nails with a simple outfit is pretty chic. Who would of thought. Right? Or choose a contrasting deep plum purple lip and nails with a bare face. People may not notice your coordinating duo unless you have your hand visible to your face or talking on the phone, but seriously who cares. You’ll know it and that is all that matters. Embrace your inner fashionista.

XOXO,

Steph.

One of my favorite beauty tools is the Beauty Blender. After purchasing my first beauty blender about a year ago I became hooked. No brush compares to this tool it leaves my foundation and concealer flawless. Might I also add its great for contouring because it leaves a nature contour on your face when blended properly leaving no lines or streaks. I discovered it after watching YouTube tutorials on Mario Dedivanovic at work on Kim Kardashian, and many other celebs. Once I saw the finishing touches on Kim and as he explained it so thoroughly how to use it through out the tutorial I knew I wanted to try it out. He literally made the Kardashian contour famous hence everyone does contours now. You can purchase the Beauty Blender at Sephora for $19.95 (best investment you’ll make TRUST ME!!!)… Let me know your thoughts in comment.

Tea Time. OOTD.

20130915-202930.jpg

My Sunday Funday consisted of a High Tea party were all the ladies got dressed up in their fine English outfits and head pieces. The decor was so elegant and perfect to the point I felt I was at the buckingham palace drinking tea with the queen herself. On that note. What I wore…

Faux Fur.

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

I am so so so ready for late fall slash winter weather so I can start wearing my chic Faux Fur vests and jackets. It’s guilt free love the fact it’s FAKE wanna be fur of gorge little creatures. I adore wearing fur I think it adds a warming touch to my simple outfits of jeans, booties, and a black long sweater shirt. It’s so prefect for layering up in the chicest most fashionable way. Faux furs is so vogue LITERALLY, and also street style fashionista’s will be showing more and more fur vests and fabulous little faux fur jackets in there in corrupted outfits. Just watch. I’m predicting… Sleek up the look with a simple long sleeved tight LBD with pointy black heels with a fur of your choose. Or dress a little grunge with leather leggings, black shirt, and a black fur jacket with oxfords. Here are some previous looks of me…

NYFW 2013 Street Style.

FOR SOME PEOPLE. FASHION WEEK LASTS ALL YEAR.

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

We are halfway through this major event. Here are some of my favorite inspired looks at Fashion Week 2013. Let’s take a break way from the runways and focus on the chic streets of New York City. Well, many ladies looked absolutely ravishing in their designer handbags, shoes, accessories, and the outmost amazing designer outfits outside and inside of the Lincoln Center. The tops are chicer, prints are getting bolder, heels are getting higher, and leather is pretty much still everywhere. I love people watching (over the internet) and seeing what creative looks are put together in a complete outfit. This is a true version of fashion inspiration. OBSESSED! One day… Dreaming! Hopefully soon you’ll be seeing me attending New York Fashion Week.

Jason Wu. Spring 2014 Collection

ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Jason Wu Spring 2014 is by far my favorite collection I have seen yet during Fashion Week. This collection is perfection and consist of my basic two favorite colors white and black. I love how Jason wu gave this line a lace lingerie inspired look that was is sexy yet so glam. My favorite dress is the top black mermaid gown (that is too die for) made its way down the runway it is so red carpet worthy. OBSESSED! Wu called the collection “a dialogue between construction and ease,” and the conversation outcome one of his most alluring shows in a while. For spring, he focused on the strong tailoring, and structural style in suede, silk, and tull. It was purely effortless of not trying to hard to be so sexy that made this collection so edgy and seductive. Completely in love.
